I purchased your membership plan. How do I sign in to my account?
Once you purchase our membership plan through Paypal, you will get an email with instructions to sign up your username and password. Once you sign up, you can login to your account through Member Login page and access the premium resources.
What do I get when I buy premium membership?
Once you sign up for the premium membership, you will get immediate access to premium design files. You will also get access to the new premium resources we publish each week. Apart from this, you may also browse and download our regular free files.
Can I use your files in my personal or client works or commercial products?
Yes, you can use them for your personal projects, client works and commercial products for sale royalty free, unlimited times. However, you should not sell the resources themselves or allow direct downloads of the files or a separate attachment of our resources within your product.
Can I sell or resell or distribute your files?
No. You cannot sell or resell or redistribute, giveaway, lease, sub-license or rent to any third party including uploading of our resources as a separate attachement.
Do I have to give you attribution for using your files as a premium member?
No attribution or credit is required.
Are the product files in your shop included in the premium membership?
No, they should be purchased separately.
What’s your cancellation and refund policy?
Premium membership is recurring and renews automatically every month/year. However, you can cancel membership from your dashboard anytime during the month/year. We DO NOT offer refund of your amount since the resources are digital downloads with digital payment.

Where do I download the purchased resource?
Once the payment transaction is successfully completed, you can download the purchased product immediately from the My Account dashboard. All you have to do is to login (if you have not already logged in) to My Account where you can see the details of your purchased product along with the download link. Click the download link to download your product.
How do I open a downloaded resource?
Our premium shop offers resources for designers who use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. For .psd files, you need Adobe Photoshop to open them. To open vector files such as .ai, .eps you need Adobe Illustrator. Image format files such as .jpeg, .png, .gif can be opened in any graphic design tool / browser. Pretty self-explanatory!
Can I use your purchased resources in commercial works such as client websites, apps, T-shirts, print or products?
All our premium resources are royalty-free and can be used in both personal and commercial use. You can edit and modify any resource to your liking to fit your project needs. Please read our Terms and Conditions.
How many times can I use the purchased resources?
Unlimited times! Yes, you can use our resources for unlimited times for life.
Can I share / redistribute the purchased resources?
Absolutely NOT! Please do not share / redistribute / exchange your purchased resources with your friends as the resources come with a single user license.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are currently accepting Paypal payment option since it is the faster and easier way to pay online. We will integrate credit card payment method in the future.
I am not satisfied with your resources. Can I get my amount refunded?
Unfortunately, no refund is paid since the resources are digital goods.
My download link is broken / expired. How do I re-download a resource?
Download links expire after a certain period. If you want to re-download a purchased resource, please contact us. Please be sure to specify the resource name along with the order number. We respond to your request in 1 to 2 business days.
I have purchased a graphic resource from your shop. Can I hire you to customize it?
Yes, we can help you customize your purchased graphics at a reasonable price depending on your needs. You can send your customization request from the contact us page.
